Turbobase – Email Only Meeting Participants

When you are the Toastmaster or Gen. Eval. and want to remind participants of their duties, instead of emailing EVERYONE in the club, there’s a better way to do it.  You can email only the participants. Follow this procedure.

- Meetings (in the left column)
- List Meetings
- Click on the link which says “email” for your particular meeting.
- Then up near the top of your message make sure you choose “All Members with a Role at the Meeting.”

This way only those scheduled members will get the reminder.
